Lassonde Industries posts record FY2025 results and guides higher CapEx for New Jersey plant

Lassonde reported record 2025 sales of CAD 2.9 billion (+12.8%), adjusted EBITDA of CAD 344 million and Q4 adjusted EBITDA of CAD 102 million, with adjusted EPS at a record CAD 7.52. Net debt fell to CAD 489 million (net debt/adjusted EBITDA 1.4x) after CAD 187 million in annual CapEx. Management plans 2026 CapEx up to 7% of sales including about CAD 96 million for a New Jersey facility, expects to fund mainly from operating cash flow, and aims for CAD 3 billion in sales by 2026 while prioritizing profitable growth.
