Lectra records 2% revenue decline despite SaaS transformation and Valia expansion

For 2025 Lectra reported a 2% revenue decline to €506.7m, with the fourth quarter shrinking 6.7% to €123.6m. ARR rose 14% to €101.0m, while new-system orders fell 19% and EBITDA and net income decreased. Free cash flow remained strong at €57.0m and working capital was negative, which management highlights as a strength.
