  • Leonteq: FINMA confirms closure of all legacy regulatory cases

    FINMA has confirmed to Leonteq that all measures ordered under the 2024 proceedings have been implemented and that all pending regulatory proceedings against group companies are therefore closed. The measures were implemented as a high priority in 2025 and were reviewed in the second half of 2025 and in the first quarter of 2026 by an examiner appointed by FINMA.
