Lindab: ventilation systems support profitability despite revenue decline in Q4 2025

Lindab reported Q4 2025 revenue of SEK 3,134m (organic -3%) with improved adjusted EBIT of SEK 203m and an operating margin of 6.5%. The ventilation systems division grew organically by 1% to SEK 2,493m and increased adjusted EBIT to SEK 211m (margin 8.5%), while profile systems recorded an organic decline of 15% to SEK 641m and saw adjusted EBIT fall to SEK 10m. Lindab generated cash flow from operating activities of SEK 521m, reduced net debt to SEK 4,262m, plans an increased dividend of SEK 5.60 and charged the quarter with SEK 106m of restructuring costs.
