Lintec under pressure after announcement of sale by major shareholder

Lintec shares fell 3.7% to ¥5,520 after major shareholder Nippon Paper Industries announced the sale of around 17 million shares and an overallotment option for up to 2.6 million additional shares. The package is estimated to be worth about ¥98 billion and triggered immediate selling pressure due to the large supply and fears of dilution.
