Manx Financial sets subscription price for scrip dividend at 22.20 pence
Manx Financial has set the subscription price for the 2025 optional scrip dividend at 22.1983 pence (22.20 pence) per share. The distribution comprises a scrip dividend of 0.5197 pence per ordinary share and the issue of bonus shares worth 0.2599 pence, financed by capitalization of retained earnings. Manx Financial Group issues 1,162,469 new ordinary shares at 26.349 pence each after shareholders opted for a scrip dividend. The new shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and are expected to be admitted to AIM around 20 November 2025. Directors Jim Mellon, Dr. Gregory Bailey and Douglas Grant receive 214,983, 178,156 and 60,308 new shares respectively; Mellon’s and Bailey’s joint holding remains preserved under a previously approved waiver. Manx Financial Group: net loan book grows 3.9% in Q3 2025
Manx Financial Group reports a 3.9% increase in Conister Bank's net loan book in Q3 2025 and a 3.7% rise in deposits. Year-to-date the loan book is up 9.5% and deposits up 4.0%, improving the loan-to-deposit ratio to 97%. The group entered a partnership with Fiinu, Payment Assist signed five new partner agreements, and there are ongoing talks with the British Business Bank regarding the Bounce Back Loan portfolio; at the same time the vehicle finance portfolio is being revalued and provisions may be made.
