Mattr extends $300 million revolving credit facility to October 2030
Mattr has extended the term of its $300 million senior secured revolving credit facility to October 2030. Toronto‑Dominion Bank and National Bank of Canada acted as co‑lead arrangers; other lenders include Royal Bank of Canada, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Export Development Canada and ATB Financial. The company says the extension strengthens the balance sheet and increases long‑term financial flexibility; with a market capitalization of $394 million and a leverage ratio of 0.74, the move is likely to create headroom, while InvestingPro currently values Mattr below its fair value. » More on de.investing.com
