Mayfair Gold confirms mineral reserves after grade-control drilling at Fenn‑Gib project
Mayfair Gold completed a grade-control drilling program at the Fenn‑Gib project in northern Ontario and validated about 1 million tonnes of probable mineral reserves. Fifty-six diamond holes to 75 m on a 10x10 m grid returned, at a 0.8 g/t cut-off, grades similar to the reserve model and roughly 2% more contained metal; for >3.0 g/t, 28% more tonnes with 7% higher grade were identified. Assays were carried out by Swastika Laboratories; CEO Drew Anwyll said the results confirmed the reserve estimate and the presence of high‑grade material for the early years of the mine plan. The 2026 pre-feasibility study lists a 4.3 Moz indicated resource, a 1 Moz probable reserve, initial capex of C$450m and a target production start in 2030. » More on de.investing.com
