Mazda CX-90 PHEV rated among least reliable SUVs by Consumer Reports
Consumer Reports found the Mazda CX-90 PHEV to be less reliable than the average new car, citing numerous owner complaints and safety-related recalls for the 2024–25 model years. Reported issues include EV battery/inverter software faults that can cut drive power, inaccurate fuel-gauge readings, start-stop failures, unintended automatic braking, power steering and camera/display malfunctions, and other defects often requiring dealer repairs. These faults have prompted recalls and could raise collision and insurance risks, though some owners still praise the CX-90's performance, acceleration and fuel economy despite a base MSRP near $50,000. » More on autos.yahoo.com
