  • McCormick plans second listing in London after merger with Unilever food business

McCormick will, after the planned acquisition of Unilever’s food business, add a listing on the London Stock Exchange in addition to the NYSE to ease capital flows and strengthen liquidity for shareholders. The merger, expected by mid‑2027, is set to create a company valued at more than $65 billion including debt. McCormick is structuring the combined business into four divisions and is also pursuing an international headquarters with a strong presence in the Netherlands. The announcement prompted share price losses for both stocks, and investors are skeptical about Unilever’s strategic shift. » More on finanzen.net
