Medicover reports revenue growth of 12.1% (organic 12.4%) in the third quarter of 2025, below consensus expectations of 14.5% (organic 14.3%). Diagnostic Services increased by 17.8%, lab test volumes rose 17.4%, and the adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 17.2%. Acquisitions supported revenue and margins, and leverage fell to 3.2x.
