Meren Energy cuts debt after strong revenue growth in Q3 2025
Meren Energy reported revenue of $216.7 million for Q3 2025 and slightly missed EPS expectations with $0.01 per share. Strong EBITDAX ($120 million) and operating cash flow ($66 million) generated substantial free cash flow, enabling repayments of RBL financing as well as $108.6 million in dividends and share buybacks. Net debt fell to $183.3 million (net/EBITDAX 0.4x) with a cash position of $369 million, while production and sales prices were within the forecast corridor. Meren confirmed its full-year guidance and cited several near-term growth catalysts, including drilling activity in Nigeria, progress at the Venus field in Namibia and potential farm-down deals in Equatorial Guinea. » More on de.investing.com
