Metals One grants shares and options to directors and advisers
Metals One allotted 21,022,549 ordinary shares from the Employee Benefit Trust to Daniel Maling and 5,255,636 to Craig Moulton; after the allotment Maling holds 35,081,751 shares (2.84%) and Moulton 5,392,336 shares (0.43%). In addition, 3,000,000 shares were awarded to employees for individual performance targets, and the Trust now holds 76,766,608 shares (6.22%). The board granted non-executive directors and advisers options over a total of 15,000,000 shares at an exercise price of 2 pence per share, with a three-year term and a two-stage vesting schedule; the options are non-transferable. Metals One secures financing of over £15m and expands uranium and gold portfolio
For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Metals One reports net proceeds from financing rounds of over £15m and completed multiple acquisitions in uranium, vanadium and gold projects in the US as well as interests worldwide. Purchases include 100% of the Uravan project (Colorado) and Squaw Creek (Wyoming), 75% in several claims and a 35% stake in NovaCore (Red Basin, New Mexico). In the gold sector, Metals One acquired 19.1% of Lions Bay Capital, invested $1.8m via convertible notes in Lions Bay Resources, took over the Swales property (Nevada) and took positions in Fidelity Minerals and Evolution Energy Minerals. After the period end, a heads of terms agreement envisages Lions Bay Capital acquiring Lions Bay Resources, whereupon Metals One would hold 54.3% of Lions Bay Capital prior to a capital increase; the consolidated holding would be initially valued at around £14.83m. » More on de.investing.com
Metals One expands partnership with DISA for processing of uranium tailings
Metals One has entered into an agreement with DISA Technologies to evaluate and potentially process tailings material on the Uravan Belt in Colorado. DISA will operate and cover all costs for permitting, evaluation, processing and remediation; Metals One will receive 2.5–4.0% of gross proceeds minus certain costs and will bear no capital or operating expenses. DISA is providing a modular High-Pressure Slurry Ablation-System and holds an NRC service-provider license; tests showed an average removal of roughly 90% of the uranium and radium-226 content.
