MHP SE: Shareholders approve all resolutions at annual general meeting

At the annual general meeting in Limassol, shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the audited financial statements and the consolidated auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025. Seven board members — John Clifford Rich, Yuriy Kosyuk, Viktoriia Kapeliushna, Andriy Bulakh, Christakis Taoushanis, Philip J Wilkinson OBE and Oscar Alberto Chemerinski — were re‑elected until the AGM in 2027. Ernst & Young Cyprus Limited was reappointed as statutory auditor until 2027, the board was authorized to determine the auditors’ remuneration, and the remuneration paid to board members since the last AGM was approved. MHP SE has scheduled its ordinary annual general meeting for 18 June 2026 at 12:00 in Limassol. On the agenda are a vote on the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, the re-election of seven directors, the reappointment of Ernst & Young Cyprus as auditor, and the approval of remuneration already paid. Total remuneration for senior executives in 2025 amounted to US$28.5 million.
