Midwich appoints Kevin Quinn as chairman – shares rise after institutional buy
Midwich shares jumped 5.8% to 139.7 pence after the company appointed Kevin Quinn as an independent, non‑executive director and designated chairman of the board. Midwich Group expects 2025 revenue of around £1.3bn and returns to growth in H2
Midwich Group forecasts 2025 revenue of about £1.3 billion and an adjusted profit before tax of around £30 million. Organic revenue fell by approximately 1.5% (H1 -3%, H2 +0.5%); the UK and Ireland grew by about 7%, while EMEA and North America declined by roughly 5–5.5% on a currency-adjusted basis. The company generated strong cash flow of more than 100% of adjusted EBITDA and reported adjusted net debt of around £130 million (≈2.3x adjusted EBITDA) as of 31 December 2025.
