Millicom reaches new 52‑week high at $84.45
Millicom shares rose to $84.45, marking a 52‑week high after gaining 186% over the past year and 57% year‑to‑date. For Q4 2025, Millicom reported service revenues of $1.55 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $778 million (margin 47.1%). Tigo Energy reaches 1,500 service visits in 'Green Glove' program
Tigo Energy reports that its 'Green Glove' program, launched in 2023, has now reached 1,500 service visits with solar installers. The program aims to improve installation quality through specialized training and support; since Q4 2024 the number of installation-related support tickets has fallen by 7% for TS4 Flex MLPE systems and by about 50% for EI Residential Solutions. In addition, Tigo has introduced more than 12,000 onboarding sequences in ten countries and expanded the program to private solar service providers on four continents. Millicom completes acquisition of Telefónica Uruguay for $440 million
Millicom has completed the acquisition of Telefónica Móviles del Uruguay (Movistar) at an enterprise value of $440 million after final approval by the Uruguayan government. With the move, Millicom enters the Uruguayan market, expands its presence in South America and expects synergies in network, operations and commercial services.
