Morningstar integrates data into Google Cloud's AI platform Gemini

Morningstar will provide its investment research and asset data to Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services via the Model Context Protocol. The integration is being done in cooperation with PitchBook; both are launch partners for the preview. Morningstar announces quarterly dividend of $0.50

Morningstar’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on July 31, 2026 to shareholders of record on July 10, 2026. The payout matches the amount paid in April; Morningstar has increased the dividend for five consecutive years and has paid dividends for 17 years. SpaceX IPO: Morningstar rates $1.77 trillion valuation as significantly overblown

On June 12 SpaceX will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX at a fixed price of $135 per share and an implied market valuation of about $1.77 trillion. Morningstar pegs the fair enterprise value at roughly $780 billion and sees about half of the valuation as speculative future upside, mainly because of large losses from xAI and massive investments in AI infrastructure. Although SpaceX posted rising Starlink revenues in 2025, it remained net loss-making; after the IPO Elon Musk will retain over 82% of the voting rights.
