Mountain Alliance places 600,000 new shares to expand in defence tech
Mountain Alliance has successfully completed a capital increase against cash contributions as a private placement with a gross issue volume of EUR 1.6m. 600,000 new ordinary shares were issued at an issue price of EUR 2.60 and with the exclusion of subscription rights, increasing the share capital by 7.9% to EUR 8,169,205.
