Münchmeyer Petersen founds capital-markets boutique and aims to take mid-sized companies public

The Münchmeyer Petersen corporate group is taking over an analyst team from M.M. Warburg and is founding the capital-markets boutique Münchmeyer Petersen Capital Markets (MPCM), headquartered in Hamburg with a planned branch in Frankfurt. Ebrahim Attarzadeh will be CEO; in the medium to long term MPCM is seeking its own banking licence.
