Multitude reports H1-2026: profitable growth thanks to fee growth and acquisition of Sortter
Multitude posted a net profit of €13.1m in the first half of 2026, remaining within its 2026 guidance range. Revenue fell slightly to €126.9m, while commission and fee income rose 136% to €12.6m, supported by the acquisition of Sortter Oy. Net receivables from loans and bonds grew 15.0% to €979.5m, impairments declined by 17.7%, and equity increased to €243.1m. Multitude confirms annual forecast after stable Q1 and strong portfolio growth
Multitude reports Q1 2026 group revenue of €61.6 million (Q1 2025: €66.8 million) and a net profit of €4.4 million. Net loans and investments rose 23.5% to €971.6 million, customer deposits increased 15.4% to €1,193.7 million, and the equity ratio reached 29.4%. Impairments on customer receivables fell 18.8% to €18.0 million. Multitude approves dividend of EUR 0.55 per share and ratifies 2025 annual financial statements
The ordinary general meeting of Multitude approved the combined annual report as well as the separate and consolidated 2025 financial statements and granted discharge to the board of directors. An ordinary dividend of EUR 0.55 will be paid per dividend-entitled share; record date is 28 April 2026 and payment will be made on 4 May 2026. The remaining profit of EUR 59,512,429 will be carried forward.
