Netfonds appoints Christian Hammer to executive board and extends mandates of Steinmeyer and Reichelt

The supervisory board of Netfonds appoints Christian Hammer as a member of the executive board effective 1 January 2026; his mandate has a minimum term of three years. Hammer will remain managing director of the liability umbrella NFS and will assume board responsibility for investment, regulatory affairs and compliance.
