Nexity: revenue down 13% in Q1 2026, focus on Carrefour partnership and cost discipline

Nexity reported a 13% decline in revenue to €518m for the first quarter of 2026 and described the environment as still challenging. Nexity achieves profit turnaround in 2025 despite weak French housing market

Nexity turned an operating loss of €118m (2024) into a profit of €25m in 2025 and reduced refinancing and net financial debt from €380m to €328m. Revenue fell 14% to €2.74bn, while a €100m cost-cutting program, improved margins and a stronger services business supported profitability. Working capital was significantly optimized, free cash flow amounted to €44m, and the pipeline comprises €13bn of order potential.
