NFON revises 2026 guidance after falling revenue and weaker profitability

In H1 2026, revenue was €42.5m (prior year €44.2m) and adjusted EBITDA €4.4m (prior year €5.7m). The causes are a challenging market environment, restrained investments, longer decision cycles and weaker performance in business telephony; the strategic growth areas Intelligent Assistant and Customer Engagement grew significantly but are not yet sufficient to offset the shortfall. NFON recorded a revenue decline of 2.3% in Q1 2026 to EUR 21.6m, driven by macroeconomic uncertainty and cautious customer spending.
