Nidec delays Q3 results amid investigation into accounting
Nidec has postponed the publication of its third-quarter financial results as an external, independent committee conducts ongoing investigations into allegedly improper accounting practices. Preliminary findings, including root-cause analysis and preventive measures, are expected by the end of February 2026; the final calculation of damages will follow. Internal reviews of trading activities and customs matters are being carried out in parallel; a new publication date will be announced. » More on de.investing.com
