Northern Graphite closes private placement of flow-through shares for C$2 million

Northern Graphite placed 7,142,858 flow-through common shares at C$0.28 per share, raising gross proceeds of C$2 million. The funds are intended to strengthen the balance sheet amid liquidity pressures and to finance a drilling program around the Lac des Iles mine in Quebec as well as the Mousseau exploration project.
