NSK beats Q4 expectations by a wide margin, shares fall after hours

NSK reported Q4 EPS of ¥19.06 versus an expected ¥9.17 and revenue of ¥253.18 billion (expectation ¥250.55 billion). NSK reports revenue of ¥412.3 billion in the first half of 2025 (up 3.7%) and an operating profit of ¥16.5 billion (up 69.7%), driven in part by the consolidation of its steering business. Net profit attributable to shareholders rose 150.1% to ¥9.3 billion.
