NTG raises 2026 profit forecast after strong Q2
NTG reported a 23% increase in adjusted EBIT for Q2 and organic revenue growth of 12.4%, driven by higher volumes, rising freight rates and cost discipline. The company tightened its full-year guidance and now expects adjusted EBIT of DKK 625–650m (lower bound raised by DKK 25m). The restructuring of the Air & Ocean division is progressing faster than planned and cutting costs, while the TMS rollout in Germany temporarily weighed on operations and working capital. Leverage improved to 2.25x EBITDA; management, however, warns of falling freight rates in H2 and increased one-off items. » More on de.investing.com
NTG increases adjusted EBIT by 14.9% despite weak Air & Ocean division
NTG reports adjusted EBIT of DKK 139m (+14.9%) for Q1 2026 and net revenue up 10.7% to DKK 2,983m, driven mainly by Road & Logistics and synergies from the DTK acquisition. The Road & Logistics business recorded strong revenue and EBIT growth, while Air & Ocean suffered an EBIT collapse of 52.4% due to weak freight rates and market volatility. NTG confirms the full-year guidance for adjusted EBIT of DKK 600–650m and expects that TMS implementation issues in Germany and restructurings in Air & Ocean are temporary. » More on de.investing.com
Nordic Transport Group: Q4 EBIT rises 27.5% driven by strong Road & Logistics
Nordic Transport Group’s adjusted EBIT rose 27.5% in Q4 2025 to DKK 167m, driven by a robust Road & Logistics segment and a positive reversal of an earn-out liability. Net revenue increased 11.2% in the quarter to DKK 2,884m and for the full year 2025 grew 21.7% to DKK 11,377m, partly due to acquisitions. The Air & Ocean division faced significant headwinds with sharply lower freight rates and an EBIT decline, while the company announced a share buyback program of DKK 200m and forecasts adjusted EBIT of DKK 600–650m for 2026. Net debt rose as a result of the acquisitions (net financial liabilities/EBITDA from 2.0x to 2.5x). » More on de.investing.com
