Octopus Titan VCT plans change to investment policy after strategic review

Octopus Titan VCT has announced the conclusion of a strategic review that has been under way since September 2024 and proposes changes to its investment policy that will require shareholder approval at the general meeting on 14 October 2025. The board intends to significantly reduce management fees by adjusting the investment strategy and redesigning the agreements with portfolio manager Octopus Investments Limited, and to better align the interests of shareholders and the manager.
