S&P lowers outlook for Omnia Technologies to negative over delayed debt reduction
S&P Global Ratings has lowered the outlook for Omnia Technologies from "stable" to "negative" while affirming the B rating. The move is justified by a slower-than-expected reduction in debt: the debt-to-EBITDA ratio was above 7.0x in 2025 (vs. 10.3x in 2024) and is not expected to reach the 6.0x mark until 2026. S&P has cut its revenue and EBITDA forecasts (2025 revenue about €760m) and expects a negative free operating cash flow of around -€30m in 2025, which should turn positive to about €10–15m in 2026. The negative outlook signals an increased risk of a rating downgrade within the next 12 months if deleveraging or free cash flow remains weaker than expected. » More on de.investing.com
