Fitch cuts Orbia rating to 'BBB-' over high leverage
Fitch downgraded Orbia’s long‑term rating from 'BBB' to 'BBB-' but kept the outlook at 'stable'. Fitch expects EBITDA of roughly USD 1 billion for 2025 and warns that persistently weak operating results, negative free cash flow or a sustained leverage above 3.5x could lead to further downgrades. » More on de.investing.com
