Oriola Q1 2026: product segment drives growth, services and Kronans Apotek weigh on results

Oriola reports Q1 2026 revenue up 10.7% (excluding the divested Swedish dose-dispensing business) and a slightly higher adjusted EBITDA of €7.7m. The product segment grew 10% to €15.4m and raised its adjusted EBITDA margin to 13.9%, while the services segment faced margin pressure despite revenue growth. Oriola posts strong sales growth in 2025, weighed down by high transformation costs

Oriola increased net sales in 2025 by 14% to EUR 1,906 million and improved its trading margin and adjusted EBITDA to EUR 35.1 million, but recorded a net loss of EUR 27.2 million. Major burdens were ERP implementation costs of EUR 9.6 million, impairments of EUR 5.7 million and losses from the Kronans Apotek joint venture of EUR 22.8 million. Free cash flow and the balance sheet improved markedly (free cash flow EUR 58.4 million; net cash EUR 82.1 million) and the company plans a highly automated distribution centre in Järvenpää (EUR 110–120 million).
