Oriole Resources publishes annual report and schedules AGM for 11 June

Oriole Resources has sent the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025 along with notices and proxy forms to shareholders. Oriole Resources directors transfer shares into tax-advantaged ISAs

Two directors of Oriole Resources, Claire Bay and Robert Smeeton, carried out so-called "bed and ISA" transactions in which they sold previously held ordinary shares at 0.34 pence and immediately repurchased almost identical quantities into tax-advantaged ISA accounts. After the reallocations, Smeeton holds 46,999,190 ordinary shares (0.96% of the share capital) and Bay holds 16,293,763 ordinary shares (0.33%).
