Orior: half-year sales fall, full-year sales forecast cut
Orior reports first-half 2026 sales of CHF 283.3m, a decline of 7.1% (organic -5.7%). Adjusted EBITDA fell 4.8% to CHF 15.5m, the margin improved slightly to 5.5%, and net profit rose to CHF 4.6m. Net debt increased to CHF 162.9m (up 7%) and the net debt/adjusted EBITDA ratio stands at 4.3. Orior attributes the sales decline to lower pork prices, disruptions in Swiss retail, the loss of a Dutch volume contract and the discontinuation of an unprofitable rail business; the full-year forecast for organic sales growth has been lowered to -6% to -8%, while the EBITDA margin forecast remains at 6.3–6.6%. » More on finanzen.net

Orior meets revenue forecast, reduces net debt but it remains high
Orior released preliminary figures for 2025: organic revenue fell 1.5% to CHF 623m, slightly above the consensus of CHF 620m. The adjusted EBITDA margin is expected in the forecast range of 5.9–6.3% (around CHF 37–39m). Net debt fell by about CHF 28m to CHF 153m thanks to sale-and-leaseback transactions, property sales and operating cash flow, but the leverage ratio remains high at 3.9–4.2x EBITDA. Investors are now anticipating a possible sale of Culinor, targeted to close in Q1 2026. » More on de.investing.com
