OverActive Media: Q4 revenue falls 26%, gross margin rises to 61%

OverActive Media reported a 26% decline in revenue for Q4 2025 to CAD 7.3m, while gross margin rose to 61% (prior year 54%). Full-year revenue 2025 reached a record CAD 28.5m (+5%), while net loss widened to CAD 11.4m and cash fell to CAD 4.4m. The stock rose 5.13% to CAD 0.205 after the numbers.
