Oxford BioDynamics brings prostate cancer test EpiSwitch PSE to the UAE

Oxford BioDynamics has entered into a partnership with the Dubai London Clinics & Hospitals Group (DLCH) to offer the prostate cancer test EpiSwitch PSE across DLCH’s clinic and hospital network in the United Arab Emirates. Patient blood samples will be collected at DLCH facilities and analyzed at Oxford BioDynamics’ laboratory in the UK; the clinical workflow has been validated by both partners. Oxford BioDynamics secures £9.15m through conditional share issue

Oxford BioDynamics raised about £9.15m by placing 9.15 billion new ordinary shares at £0.001 each; after fees roughly £8.4m is expected. The proceeds are intended to fund platform partnerships for EpiSwitch‑Orion, expansion of the prostate cancer test, development of a test for response to checkpoint inhibitors and completion of a colorectal cancer study. Without the financing, cash is expected to be exhausted in early September 2026; the transaction requires shareholder approval (AGM 26 Aug.) and AIM approval (27 Aug.). Oxford BioDynamics partners with MK Commercial Group to expand US sales

Oxford BioDynamics has signed a sales agreement with MK Commercial Group to strengthen US distribution of EpiSwitch PSE. Initially seven field sales advisors will be deployed, with the number able to rise to as many as 35 to cover key population centers such as New Jersey, Washington D.C., Virginia, Georgia and Chicago. According to the company, the test for triage after elevated PSA levels has a positive predictive value of 93% and a specificity of 97% and is intended to reduce unnecessary biopsies.
