PensionBee manages £8.6bn after 37% growth in second quarter

PensionBee reported assets under management of £8.6bn for the quarter to 30 June, up 37% year on year. The company added 12,000 invested customers and increased net inflows to £272m (+30%). Group revenue rose 43% in the quarter to £13.9m, and adjusted group EBITDA for the last twelve months improved to £2.7m (prior year: loss £0.5m). PensionBee records strong growth and reaches EBITDA breakeven in Q1 2026

PensionBee increased assets under administration to GBP 7.5bn (+29% YoY) and ARR to GBP 52m (+43% YoY) in Q1 2026. The adjusted EBITDA margin improved from -11% to 5%, putting the company at EBITDA breakeven. Net new customers were around 10,000 and the share price rose 2.04% to GBP 150. PensionBee reports AUA of £7.4bn for fiscal 2025 (+27%) and annualised revenue of £51m (+33%). Adjusted EBITDA was positive for the first time at £1m, and the adjusted EBITDA margin in the UK business rose to 12% (2024: 7%); customer numbers are 305,000 with a retention rate of 95%.
