  • Piraeus Financial Holdings raises guidance for loan growth in 2025

    Piraeus Financial Holdings reported a solid Q3 with net income of €261m and a return on tangible equity of 13.8%. The bank raised its 2025 loan growth guidance from €3bn to over €3.5bn after already achieving €3.1bn in the first nine months. Net interest income met expectations, loan margins fell by 3 basis points, and net interest income is expected to rise by 1% quarter-on-quarter in Q4 (assuming ECB policy rate at 2%).
