Precious Shipping sued in Thailand by crew of Mayuree Naree after Strait of Hormuz attack

Three former crew members of the Thailand-flagged Mayuree Naree filed a lawsuit against Precious Shipping and affiliated companies in Bangkok, alleging the company endangered their lives by sailing through the Strait of Hormuz and unfairly dismissing them after a March 11 projectile strike that killed three crew. The plaintiffs say they received only two months' pay and have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, seeking compensation of over one million baht each.
