  • Primo Brands adjusts growth course after merger and stabilizes operations

At the Barclays conference, Primo Brands said merger-related disruptions have largely been resolved and the company is returning to a growth phase. The OTIF delivery rate is back above 90%, inventory stockouts have been eliminated, and sales forecasts were beaten for two consecutive quarters. For 2026, revenue growth remains at 2–4% and EBITDA and free cash flow were reaffirmed, while reinvestment in service and technology is planned instead of immediate margin increases. Management prioritizes higher-quality customer acquisition in direct channels, expansion of retail (especially premium water), targeted tuck-in acquisitions and debt reduction. » More on de.investing.com

  • Primo Brands falls after announcement of guaranteed secondary placement

Primo Brands shares fell 5.6% after a subsidiary of One Rock Capital Partners announced the sale of 20 million common shares in a guaranteed secondary placement. Morgan Stanley is leading the consortium for the placement; net proceeds will go entirely to the selling shareholder, and Primo Brands is not issuing any new shares. At the same time, Primo Brands agreed to repurchase US$10 million of its own shares from the selling shareholder, with completion planned to occur concurrently with, but not contingent on, the placement. » More on de.investing.com

  • Primo Brands cuts COO role and names new president of customer direct & go-to-market

Primo Brands is reshaping its leadership: the COO position is being eliminated and Vaughn Dickinson has been named president of customer direct & go-to-market, reporting directly to CEO Eric Foss. The current COO, Robert Austin, will remain through December 31, 2026, to support the transition. Foss says the company is exiting integration and transformation phases and is now focused on disciplined growth; customer direct channels are expected to deliver modest comparable growth in the second half of the year. Primo Brands operates well-known water and beverage brands, has a market capitalization of about $9.05 billion and $6.68 billion in revenue over the last twelve months, and the stock is up roughly 56% year-to-date. » More on de.investing.com
