Puuilo records strong growth in Q2; shares rise after results

Puuilo reported net sales of €136m in Q2 2025 (+13.2%) and earnings per share of €0.33 (previous year €0.28). The share price rose about 10.8% after the figures. Growth drivers were the introduction of almost 1,000 private-label products and the opening of five stores, bringing the store network to 54. Puuilo increased net sales in H1 2025 to €225.0m (+15.2%) and adjusted EBITA to €39.0m (+18.1%); in Q2 sales were €135.8m (+13.2%) and adjusted EBITA €28.2m (+13.7%). Operating free cash flow rose to €51.8m, and net indebtedness stood at 1.2x adjusted EBITDA (0.2x excluding IFRS 16). Puuilo opened five new stores in H1 and aims to expand its store network to more than 100 locations by 2030, including a pilot expansion into Sweden.
