Pyramid: Q2 recovery strengthens outlook ahead of annual general meeting
Pyramid recorded a marked operational improvement in Q2 with an EBITDA of €1.7m and revenue of €22.6m, following weaker Q1 figures. Group revenue for the first half rose to €40.3m, driven by strong demand, while scarce and costly IT components are weighing on margins. If the Q2 trend continues, the full-year guidance of €87–93m in revenue and €4.2–4.7m in EBITDA would be achievable; the annual general meeting on 26 August could confirm this and trigger share-price impulses. » More on finanzen.net
Pyramid targets significant revenue and EBITDA growth, stock remains undervalued
Pyramid has sold weak non‑European faytech operations and expects 2026 revenue of €87–93 million and EBITDA of €4.2–4.7 million (vs. about €2.1 million last year). Order intake rose sharply (+70% in Q1 to €26.9 million; Q2 also above €20 million), underpinning the plans. Risks remain from higher IT costs due to the AI boom, which could put pressure on margins. At the current share price, Pyramid is trading at a low EBITDA multiple; the 2025 financial results next week could spark a price recovery if they are positive. » More on finanzen.net
