  • R.E.A. Holdings reports stable palm oil production and plans bond buyback

R.E.A. Holdings reported harvests of 245,342 tonnes of FFB and 347,019 tonnes processed for January–May 2026; CPO production was 76,964 tonnes with an improved extraction rate of 22.2%. • R.E.A. Holdings: high palm oil prices offset production problems in 2025

R.E.A. Holdings reports that higher selling prices for crude palm oil (CPO) and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) compensated for production problems in fiscal 2025 caused by heavy rainfall and reduced planted area. FFB production was 851,785 tonnes; extraction rates remained stable at 22.1% for CPO and 40.1% for CPKO. The company continued replanting and expansion programmes, expects about USD 10 million in costs to renew land titles in 2028–2029, and recorded an annual administration fee loss of roughly USD 50,000 due to 200 hectares in a cooperative located in a forest area. In addition, the quarry produced 187,000 tonnes, and an upgrade of the sand-washing plant is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. » More on de.investing.com
