Real Matters returns to profit in Q2 2026 thanks to strong US title business

Real Matters reported a positive adjusted EBITDA of $0.9m and a net profit of $1.2m for the second quarter of 2026, after seven consecutive quarters of losses. Consolidated revenue rose 27% to $47.2m, and net revenue grew 35% to $13.6m. The main driver was the US title segment, with revenue up 127% and strong refinancing activity, while the appraisal segment also showed growth and margin improvement.
