The FDA approved Rasonque, a once-daily RAS inhibitor from Revolution Medicines, for adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma who progressed after at least one prior therapy or cannot receive certain combination regimens. In a randomized trial of 500 pretreated patients, Rasonque extended median overall survival to 13.2 months versus 6.7 months with standard chemotherapy.
