RVRC Holding buys 90.1% of ICANIWILL for SEK 700m

RVRC Holding has agreed to acquire 90.1% of sportswear brand ICANIWILL, implying an enterprise value of SEK 700m for 100%. RVRC has an option to acquire the remaining shares, and contingent payments of up to SEK 175m may be payable depending on the achievement of defined EBIT targets for 2026 and 2027.
