Sampo Group raises 2026 full-year forecast after strong Q2

Sampo Group raised its 2026 full-year forecast after a strong first half and a robust Q2, with comparable premium growth of 5% and a currency-adjusted increase in the underwriting result of 5%. Net investment income amounted to EUR 360m in Q2, and the solvency ratio remained stable at 174%. Sampo completes repurchase of 2.15 million A shares in week 32

In calendar week 32 (3–7 August 2026), Sampo repurchased a total of 2,150,083 of its own A shares at a volume-weighted average price of €9.47, mostly on the Helsinki stock exchange.
