Sampo announces a buyback programme of up to €350 million to acquire up to 45 million A shares (about 1.69% of capital). The programme will run no earlier than Thursday and no later than 30 October 2026 and is based on approval by the annual general meeting on 22 April 2026. €250 million will come from 2025 operating results under the dividend policy, the remainder from the sale of NOBA shares; additional buybacks will be considered if further excess capital arises.
