  • Savannah Energy: cash receipts rise 13% on production increases

    Savannah Energy recorded cash receipts of $247.9m (+13%) and revenue of $160.6m (+10%) for the first seven months to 31 July. Receivables fell 22% to $394.6m; cash increased to $62m and net debt stood at $672m. In July, Savannah brought gas production from Uquo 13 online (≈50 million standard cubic feet/day); Stubb Creek raised average gross daily production by 29% to 3,700 barrels/day (July >5,000). Group BRPD was 16,300 boe/day, with a 2026 target of 18,000–20,000 boe/day. The credit facility for Stubb Creek was increased to $130m, extended to August 2031 and the margin reduced to 7.5%.   • Savannah Energy: CEO Andrew Knott increases stake to 20.2%

    Andrew Knott purchased 128,550,000 ordinary shares from the Savannah Energy 2022 Trust at 6.8 pence each, raising his total holding to 421,314,370 ordinary shares, equivalent to 20.2% of the share capital. The transaction was carried out off-market and completion triggered the transaction agreed on 1 June 2026; all outstanding options held by Knott over 38,347,622 shares have lapsed.
