1947 Gas & Öl plans London IPO to fund takeover of Renaissance Offshore

1947 Gas & Öl is preparing a listing on London’s AIM to raise around £50 million by issuing shares at about 10 pence each. The listing would value the company at roughly £64 million at the issue price. With the proceeds, 1947 intends to finance the roughly $65 million acquisition of Renaissance Offshore, which produces about 3,350 barrels of oil equivalent per day from shallow-water fields off Louisiana.
