SF Urban Properties reports stable half-year results and completes portfolio shift
SF Urban Properties posted a net profit including revaluations of CHF 20.9 million in the first half of 2026 (previous year CHF 21.6 million); excluding revaluations profit rose slightly by 1.2% to CHF 8.3 million. Rental income fell 3.1% to CHF 15.4 million due to the completed portfolio rotation, while the vacancy rate remained low at 1.8%. The market value of the yield portfolio increased 1.8% to CHF 837.6 million and EBIT was steady at CHF 30.7 million year-on-year. The portfolio shift to urban locations in Zurich and Basel is complete; disposals produced a one-off gain of CHF 3.6 million. SF Urban Properties sells two properties and confirms outlook
SF Urban Properties has completed its strategic focus on urban locations in Zürich and Basel with the sale of two properties in Schlieren (March) and St. Gallen (June). After deferred taxes, the sales will contribute a planned profit of CHF 3.6 million, or CHF 1.08 per registered share. The company is redeveloping the property on Richard‑Wagner‑Strasse in Zürich‑Enge into a rental residential building for around CHF 25 million and plans further land purchases as well as potential acquisitions of income properties in the second half of the year.
